Alex is an awesome lawyer. He handled our case in a very timely manner. The results were better than expected and I haven't had the pleasure of meeting Alex in person because it wasn't required due to Alex being able to handle everything by phone and email. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal assistance in his areas of expertise. Now that this whole matter is closed I kind of feel like I lost a friend. I came to Dell & Schaefer utterly defeated by my private disability insurance carrier. My experience was very positive and I do not have any way of complaining with or about, Alex or Dell & Schaefer. My private disability company was horrific, but in hiring them to represent me, this experience ended in a much more positive way than it started. When you are disabled and in my case suddenly so, you're made to feel less than as a person. Or as a hypochondriac. You find yourself constantly trying to defend why you aren't a drudge on society and why you're not just looking for a handout because you "can't deal" with life.
