The Issue is whether Homestead in indebted to Sun Coast for agriculture products sold under six invoices. Homestead maintains that the products it purchased were shipped to its customers, who either refused to accept them, or accepted them only after demanding a price concession from Homestead because of the poor condition of the products. Homestead remitted to Sun Coast the amount Homestead had received from its customers. The difference between the agreed sale price in the transactions between Sun Coast and Homestead and the price received by Homestead from its customers sets the amount at issue in this proceeding.Buyer of agricultural products failed to show why it should not pay the invoiced price for produce it recieved.
