My construction practice focuses mainly on matters relating to the design and construction of improvements on private projects including, construction litigation, construction defects, contract negotiation, construction lending, insurance and liens.
My business practice is very broad-based: from litigating business lawsuits, to advising companies as their general counsel to conducting an audit of a dozen separate areas of your business to identify and fix potential liabilities before they arise.
My insurance practice focuses on first-party property insurance claims (for example, if your property was damaged by a hurricane or fire). I also help people fight against their own insurance companies when coverage is denied
