I have been practicing law in Orlando for more than 20 years, specifically concentrating in representing people with financial difficulties (consumer debtor law) since I opened my own law firm in 1994. Prior to that I represented large national banks and corporations, which I find to be an advantage in that I have a good idea of what the other side is looking for. That way I can help my clients avoid pitfalls that other attorneys with less experience or without experience standing in their adversaries shoes miss.
When people ask what I do for a living, I don't say that I am an attorney or that I'm a lawyer. Rather I tell them what I really do: I help people in financial distress find peace. Let's face it, what you really want is to have a good night's sleep knowing you are doing the right thing and that you have explored all of your options. It is my honor to help people through very difficult times in their lives and to offer them hope as best I can.
