The issues to be resolved in this proceeding concern whether the Respondent committed the charged violations of Sections 489.127(1)(f) and 489.531(1), Florida Statutes, as set forth in the Administrative Complaint, and, if so, what if any penalty is warranted.Petitioner showed that Respondent engaged in structural and electrical contracting without a license and without a permit. Recommend a reduced penalty because not all charges were proven and there as minimal electrical work.
