As a litigation attorney in North Central Florida, my practice is focused on medical malpractice and wrongful death matters. At Morgan & Morgan, I am fortunate to have the resources, support, and insight which allows me to serve my clients' interests to the fullest. I am proud to make my clients' well-being the cornerstone of how I practice the law.
My family are proud residents of Gainesville. My wife is a Professor at the University of Florida Levin College of Law and we have three wonderful children. I am an active member, and current President, of Congregation B'nai Israel here in Gainesville. I am also a member of the local James C. Adkins, Jr. Inn of Court and Eighth Jidicial Circuit Bar Association where I am fortunate to gain the wisdom and insight that our amazing local Bar members have to offer.

Unfortunately, due to Florida law, our firm turns away 100 medical malpractice cases for every 1 that we accept. We litigate these cases aggressively and, as with the personal injury note I have listed, the vast majority settle prior to a trial.
Many cases begin the litigation process but settle prior to trial.
In these most devastating of cases, we aggressively pursue any and all responsible persons or entities to make sure those survivors of our clients are made as whole as is possible.
