Mr. Trushin handles complex litigation cases for over 30 years before state and federal courts and arbitrators. He has litigated a wide variety of complex commercial claims in such areas as banking regulations, fraud and conspiracy, securities registration and corporate governance. For three decades, Mr. Trushin has fought to obtain injunctive relief on behalf of employers, in matters of emergency relief for breaches of non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. He has represented both non-resident domestic corporations and foreign corporations in complex business litigation disputes. He has extensive experience in insurance defense, with both first party (including complex coverage issues) and third party claims in such lines as commercial general liability, property and casualty, and errors and omissions (legal, medical and accounting). He has handled numerous bad faith claims on behalf of carriers and has defended claims in excess of $25 million.
Multiple courts and arbitrators have certified Mr. Trushin as an expert in attorney’s fees disputes.
For 15 plus years, Brad handles probate administration, probate litigation, guardianship administration, guardianship litigation, will contests, lack of testamentary capacity, claims of undue influence, fiduciary claims on behalf of and against personal representatives and trustees, actions for accountings, and guardianship controversies. Brad also is leading premier attorney in Restoration of Rights cases and decisional capacity making.
Mr. Trushin has also represented clients in administrative hearings for the purpose of challenging rulings by administrative agencies, in addition to appealing administrative rulings in federal court through the filing of Writs of Certiorari.
