A Florida native, Brian was born and raised in Polk County, FL. Prior to working as a criminal defense attorney, Brian served as a prosecutor for over five years in Georgia and Florida. Brian handled cases that included DUI, Misdemeanor and Felony Drug Offenses, Theft, Robbery, Fraud Cases, Racketeering, Burglary, Murder, along with an assortment of misdemeanor and felony offenses. During that time Brian tried more than 20 jury trials.
Along with handling the investigation and/or prosecution of the aforementioned offenses, Brian advanced his legal understanding and education by becoming one of a few attorneys certified in law enforcement training for DUI Detection and Field Sobriety Exercises. Further, Brian completed the US Secret Service & FBI program for Computer Forensics and Mobile and Cellular Device forensics to assist in the prosecution of Title III wiretaps, child pornography prosecution, drug and gang narcotics distribution, among other crimes.
