The issue in this case is whether Respondent, Jeffrey R. Baxter (Mr. Baxter) is eligible for vocational training and education at Petitioners’ expense to allow for him to return to suitable gainful employment.Respondents failed to demonstrate that the claimant's inability to continue working at his previous position and duties was the result of a workplace injury. Thus, Petitioners are not responsible for providing reemployment services.
