I am committed to giving my Clients the best representation possible. I speak in plain English, not “lawyer-speak.” I will encourage you to ask questions. There are no dumb questions. I will listen carefully to your situation and give you an honest and objective assessment as to whether or not bankruptcy is an appropriate solution, or other options based upon your individual situation and goals.
My goal is to make you feel comfortable and to ensure that you understand that filing for bankruptcy is not the end of the world but a positive change to get your life back on track and a Fresh Start.
