I was not having any sucess getting my former employer to provide me with proof of coverage for a long term disability policy for which I was contributing towards while employed there. Carter Downs contacted them and demanded they produce proof of a policy. With the assistance of Mr. Downs they provided the policy information that I was unable to obtain without his help.
Carter was very professional. He helped me resolve a money deposit issue with renters who were very difficult. His communication, follow-up and attention to detail was excellent. Appreciated his honesty.
