The issue to be determined is whether Respondent failed to maintain good moral character and thereby violated section 943.1395(7), Florida Statutes (2008),1/ and if so, what penalty should be imposed?Respondent tested positive for cocaine metabolite, but presented persuasive evidence that test result may have been the result of ingesting coca honey. Violation found, but recommend suspension and probation.
