We Ace it!

Finding the best law firm for Immigration/Legal services is not easy. I am grateful that I found one. I found Hanlon Law Group, PC through Asian Journal News Paper. I hired him. He helped me to become permanent resident through Employee Base Petetion as a Nanny. I hired him again. The reason why, because my middle name was misspell and at the same time for my citizenship. It was a long journey, but we ace it. I took my Oath Taking last March 2021. Atty Hanlon and all of his staff treated all their clients as a family. Ms. Vivian Chang was a great paralegal. Thank you all. I highly reccomended Hanlon Law Group, PC.

Totally professional and on it immigration law firm here folks

I can’t tell you how grateful we are to have had Daniel & Hanlon Law Group's help here. The whole staff is completely awesome and nice too. Here’s the thing folks, the immigration systems is COMPLICATED and there are lots of ins and outs. Sure you can try and do it yourself and save some money, but if you want things done right, stress free and correctly – not to mention in a FRACTION of the time of you bungling up everything. WELL then Hanon Law Group has your back! No appointment missed. No form forgotten or lost. Everything is double checked and a thorough system in place so your case is handled properly. Daniel is a cool and laid back professional as someone who knows his @)$it should be. Vivian equally awesome worked through the paperwork side and walked us through the hoops so we knew what to expect. My wife is French and after the K1 you need help to get the work permit, ss, travel (after covid!) and the interview handled correctly so you can get your green card in a reasonable amount of time. I wont tell you how much we paid because every case is different but whatever your quote is - trust me it’s a flipping steal VS the stress of DYI. Do it once, do it right and do it here at the most excellent Hanlon Law Group.

An Excellent Law Firm !

I am writing this review for both myself and my brother. I referred my brother to Atty Hanlon to assist him with his employer’s petition as a nurse. I was lucky to have used Atty Hanlon back in 2003. They have top level service with emphasis to details. They were available each time I have a questions. His paralegals will guide you through the process . In 2009, I referred my brother to him and his original immigrant petition went through without issues only to find out there was the retrogression for nurses. My brother lost the sponsor. We used another firm to racapture the petition in 2015 and was not successful. I decided to seek Atty Hanlon’s service and as always he did not disappoint us. My brother and his family are now ready to immigrate as I write this review. I have never doubted Atty Hanlon’s capacity and I will continue to use his service and refer him to others because his knowledge on immigration law is unsurpassable.

Very smart and hard-working lawyer

I am one of his former client. I got an internship back in 2012 and I was facing a complicated situation. Mr. Hanlon actually spent time with me on the phone and we went through all the details. He finally made the call and think my case should be ok. It turned out we got my work visa through. His assistants were very helpful and efficient. I certainly recommend his firm. The cost of his service is a little bit above average but he knows what he is doing.

A successful outcome!

We are very happy with the legal services rendered by Hanlon Law Group. Attorney Hanlon was very knowledgable about the Immigration process; personable and accessible. We started the I-601 Waiver for Mexico process with this law firm in 2011 but paused due to President Obama’s welcome changes in the process. Mr. Hanlon advised us very well on our hardship strategy and carefully reviewed and edited all the documents when necessary. The change took place in Spring of 2013. By the end of October 2013 and after a trip to the US Consulate in Mexico, permanent residency was issued. This was a very stressful process, but Mr. Hanlon always eased our fears. He met with us many times throughout the process and was always relaxed and took time to answer questions. We had met several lawyers before deciding on Hanlon Law Group, and this firm stood out because Attorney Hanlon treated us warmly with no pressure and made us feel secure in his hands. He was very professional and we would recommend him to anyone seeking immigration legal services.

Beyond Pleased with Hanlon Law Group

Hanlon Law Group and staff is by far the fastest and most efficient service hands down. I have many friends that have used other services for their green card and I have heard nothing but horror stories. Papers sent back, delays etc. I petitioned my husband in May 2011 and by October 2011 my husband received his work permit, drivers license, and social security card. In July of this year 2013, we filed for my husband to become a permanent resident and today September 18, 2013 we received his notice for approval as permanent resident. We are beyond happy with Mr. Hanlon's firm. They are organized, fast, and unlike any immigration firm. We highly recommend Hanlon Law Group P.C. to anyone needing immigration services

Immigration Assistance

Early 90's if I still recall it right , I hired Atty. Hanlon for my immigration need and from the time that we came to know each other and even develop a friendship. I find this fine young man to be capable and able to deliver what we agreed for him to do in my behalf.
