DUI Defense

I was arrested for a DUI in December of 2016, and referred to Mr. Willis's firm from a credible source stating they were the best. If you need an attorney , you are a fool not to speak to Mr David Willis. I was referred to Mr Willis by another attorney. Best referral in my life. After your initial meeting, you know in youre in great n hands. This man reeks in class . He could be your best friend but at the same time all business. David fought for me!

There was a lady in our apartment complex who was being beat by her husband outside. My wife called for me and I responded by going outside and physically restraining him until the police arrived. I was subsequently arrested for hitting the husband with a baseball bat several times. Since I used a bat I was charged with felony (F3) Aggravated Battery with a deadly weapon. I was given an outrageous bond, due to a previous record when I was younger, with very little hope at all of getting out of the charges. David Willis and his group of professionals were able to convince the State Attorney's Office to drop all charges without prejudice. It is over and I don't have to worry about probation or anger management courses. He called this morning and said I no longer had a court date my charges were dismissed! If you need a lawyer you can trust, that can be aggressive when need be, if you have any legal problem the folks at David Willis are the ones to call!

Smart and Honest Lawyer (unheard of, but here he is)

I was arrested for driving on a suspended license. It looked like I was in deep trouble and the State Attorney was demanding jail time. David worked with me and found a problem with the traffic stop that required the case to be dropped. I was super lucky to have David working on the case, and he did a great job. I won’t be driving until I get my license back. David was always available to talk to me and answer questions. He even picked me up and drove me to my hearings because I couldn’t drive. Show me another attorney that does that. A super good guy; honest and straight shooter.
