David Bigney and his staff are outstanding. He reviewed my case with me in detail outlining every possible outcome (good and bad). However he kept me very optimistic about having a favorable outcome. David was very gracious and patient with the many questions we asked. His staff was courteous with each interaction. They were very responsive to phone calls, emails and conference scheduling. My case began with 4 felony charges, then down to 3 felony charges and finally was dismissed. If it was not for David and his due diligence with my case the outcome may have been catastrophic. My boyfriend hired David Bigney almost two years ago. I wasn't pleased about the price but the charges were serious (my boyfriend's face was all over the news) and I now realize that if you want the best you gotta pay the price and Bigney is the best!
I'm not saying he is the best just because my boyfriend was found NOT GUILTYYYYYY but because David was there for US every step of the way. I say "us" because David always acknowledged my presence at every meeting! He always answered my questions and made sure to ask if I had any questions for him. He answered and returned all our phonecalls. He never seemed bothered by our millions of questions nor did he ever rush us off the phone or out of the office.
