Retained firm for foreclosure, paid initial retainer fee, was told they would be in touch, have yet to receive a phone call or any form of paperwork firm has filed on my behalf to the courts, David Thorpe and his group appears to have dropped the ball on this one, and looks like I will be hiring a moving company soon to carry all my possessions to another place as it looks as if I will be moving out of my home of 15 yrs.

We received a debt collection notice with harassing calls. Mistaken identity. We used our company's legals services. The Thorpe Law Firm being one who was a provider. They responded quickly to our request to respond to this collection notice and mistaken identity. However, they never communicated back to us what the conclusion was. I called them once to find out, their response was non committal. To this day, I really don't know if the case is "closed". It must be.
