Dean Xenick, has over eighteen years of experience as a trial attorney. He concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, defective drugs and products, insurance litigation, legal malpractice, business litigation, general civil litigation and complex commercial litigation. Having worked for one of the largest insurance defense firms in the state of Florida for almost 10 years, where he was a junior partner, Mr. Xenick has a unique insight on how to handle personal injury cases against insurance companies.

Mr. Xenick was elected to the Palm Beach County Bar Association Board of Directors in 2013, where he is currently serving his second two-year term as Director. He is also a board member in the Craig S. Barnard Inns of Court, a nationwide organization whose mission is to foster excellence in professionalism, ethics, civility, and legal skills. Mr. Xenick is also an active member of the Palm Beach County Justice Association, the Florida Justice Association, and the Young Lawyers and North County Sections of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. Prior to his election as a Board Member, Mr. Xenick served on various Palm Beach County Bar Association Committees, including the Judicial Relations Committee, Professionalism Committee, and Bench-Bar Committee.
In 2011, Mr. Xenick was appointed by Florida Bar President Scott Hawkins to the Florida Bar’s Code and Rules of Evidence Committee, where he is currently serving his second two-year term as member, where he currently serves on the Fast Track Subcommittee. Mr. Xenick is married with three children. He is a native Floridian, having been born and raised in Tampa, FL. Mr. Xenick is actively involved in the Palm Beach County community, including volunteering as a soccer coach in Palm Beach Gardens and North Palm Beach soccer leagues. He has also served on the Highballs and Hibiscus Host Committee, benefitting the Jupiter Medical Center Foundation, and has served on the host committee of Arthur’s Jam, benefitting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
