Whether the Petitioner waived his statutory rights to pursue a cause of action under the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992 when he signed a post-termination agreement containing a general release of all claims against the Respondent, thus rendering the Florida Commission on Human Relations without jurisdiction.Petitioner failed to prove he did not knowingly and voluntarily waive all claims against his employer in a settlement agreement.
