In school, she was elected Vice Justice of Phi Alpha Delta, International Law Fraternity. She demonstrated academic excellence earning the Book Award (highest grade) in Advanced Florida Evidence. Always caring for and protecting the underdog, Beth devoted over one hundred hours representing indigent clients pro bono at the Orange County Legal Aid Society while still a law student. As a result of her extraordinary efforts, the Orange County Bar Association recognized her as the sole recipient of the prestigious “Law Student Award of Excellence”.
While earning her undergraduate degree at the University of Central Florida, Beth developed her desire to help others working as a career advisor and peer mediator. Beth was elected Membership Education Vice President of her sorority, Alpha Delta Pi and graduated UCF as a Lead Scholar.Prior to being sworn in as an attorney, Beth worked as a Legal Assistant and Intern with a prestigious local law firm and was only the third Legal Intern out of well over a hundred, ever asked to join the firm as an associate attorney.
Beth’s commitment to excellence and pursuit of her clients’ cause earned her early distinction and after 4 years working as an associate attorney, Beth joined the Horst Law firm as a partner. The Horst Law Firm is a boutique personal injury firm with an excellent reputation for client satisfaction and successful trial achievements. Today, Beth vigorously and successfully works to hold individuals and corporations accountable for their negligent conduct.
