I have been a lawyer in the Pasco County, Florida area since 1987. I have worked as a prosecutor, criminal defense attorney. I have done some construction law and was thegeneral contractor on my own home. I was a partner in a construction company that specialized in site work and commercial construction. I have two children a boy and a girl and have been married since 1993. My office has been in the same location since 1993.
My goal is to provide the best personal service possible and to explain to my clients how the law and facts effect their cases. Much of my practice has surrounded the the handling of motor vehicle accident and injury cases for the last 20 years
I have been a prosecutor who handled over a thousand dui cases and on the defense at least 500. I have been in trial at least 50 times on dui cases
I have done dog bite, auto and motorcyle accident injury cases, and slip and falls. I have also participated in medical malpractice cases and product liability cases.
I have handled criminal defense cases including violations of probation and bond hearings for 26 years. I have done many trials in this area and have practiced over 3 years as a prosecuting attorney for the State of Florida in Pasco County
