I was the opposing counsel to Mr. Neustein in a hotly contested foreclosure action that took over two years to resolve. It wasn't until Mr. Neustein was retained that the case veered onto a constructive path largely in part by his creative and intelligent strategy that ultimately led to a favorable and successful resolution.
