Very Worried

Concerned. I am currently going through a divorce with Mr Farrar as my attorney. Communication is bad. Weeks often go by without answers to my questions. He and his team often lack essential knowledge regarding my case. Hopefully things will turn around. I will update this review once the case is over.

Excellent, compassionate attorney
Mr. Farrar has represented us throughout the years through a very complex family law case. He is always available, and responds quickly. He is not out to drag a case on just to obtain more money. He is resolution driven and always thinks about the best interests of his clients. If you are looking for a trust-worthy, compassionate, honest lawyer, then he is your guy. His office staff is great as well.

Terrible
My family has been using this guy for years. Wel recently we have had to re-hire him and he has done abksolutelt nothing but take our $8,000 for TWO drifferent cases. He just say there in the court room with nothing to say to the judge. Once he got all the money it was over a month before he returned our phone calls!!! We left message after message and got no update on what he was doing for our case. We feel like we have been shammed. His lack of work has caused us to be even more stressed out and to lost all confidence in him. Do not hire him, find someone who you don't have to beg to do the work you hired them to do.

Integrity

I had extensive professional contact with Mr. Farrar, all in the area of dependency (child welfare), from the latter part of the 1990s until the end of 2013. He represented hundreds of clients, almost all of them parents in cases involving abuse or neglect of children, during that time, and represented them capably and ethically. He was court-appointed to almost all of these case. No contact since 2013 as a result of a change in my court assignment.
