Whether Petitioner was subjected to sexual harassment and/or retaliation while employed with Respondent in violation of Subsections 760.10(1)(a) and/or (7), Florida Statutes (2008).1Petitioner failed to prove sexual harassment or retaliation. Even assuming that she did prove either one, the employer had a legitimate, non-discriminating reason for terminating Petitioner. Recommend dismissal.
