The issue is whether Respondents committed an act of discrimination against Petitioners in violation of the Florida Fair Housing Act. Based upon the following Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, no act of discrimination occurred in this matter.Petitioners failed to prove that Respondents discriminated against them on the basis of a disability. The Petition for Relief should be dismissed.
