Whether Respondent, a licensed physician, committed record- keeping violations and repeated medical malpractice by committing three or more incidents of medical malpractice, as alleged in the Second Amended Administrative Complaint; and, if so, what is the appropriate penalty?Physician committed malpractice when puncturing internal organs of two patients while performing Brazilian Butt Lift procedure. Physician also committed four record-keeping violations. Recommend $14,000.00 fine and 2-year probabtion.
