John Barker helped me in Indiana. Easy to work with!

John helped me with my 2017 GMC Denali pickup that I bought brand new and had nothing but trouble with for the first 3 years. I live in the state of Indiana and didn't know my rights as consumer until I spoke to John and honestly just found him on google. He made the process easy for me but it did require minimal work on my behalf getting together all the paper and claims that I had on the vehicle. But after everything was done John was able to get me a settlement that I really would not have believed was even an option. I can't say enough GOOD things about this process. He took care me and I highly recommend him. He always said he was preparing my to go to trial but it never did and GMC settle out of court.

First Time Internet Lawyer

F150 Issues

We purchased a 2016 Ford F150 and almost immediately started having issues with it. We contacted John Barker and he reviewed our complaint and contacted us within a few days to let us know we had a case. Mr. Barker was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the law and was able to ease our worries that we would be stuck with a damaged vehicle and never receive compensation. The entire time our case was being worked on John made sure to keep us in the loop on everything. Our case only took a few months and Ford settled with us. I owe all of this to John and his exceptional legal skill. I can only hope that if in the future I require legal services that we get the expert service we received from John Barker.

Very satisfied; Highly recommend

John Barker was excellent from beginning to end. I contacted this law firm after having been lied to over and over again by the local dealer re: my car, a Ford Escape. Defective Pickup

After exhausting all avenues with General Motors. I contracted John Barker with a consumer complaint. He reviewed my case and accepted it. Without attorneys like him, the consumer like me, would have little hope of ever finding a solution. So I am grateful for Mr. barker taking the case.
