I am an attorney at Hardesty, Tyde, Green and Ashton since 1997. I handle criminal law, family, and personal injury cases. I was a prosecutor for almost 7 years and have tried over 60 jury trials.

I've handled many personal injury matters to include auto accidents, motorcycle accidents and slip and falls.
I am a former prosecutor and have hanlded cases in both State and Federal Court. I've tried over 60 jury trials and have handled cases involving both Misdemeanor and Felony crimes from minor offenses to murder.
In addition to divorce / separation cases I handle property divisions, division of assets and liabilities, dividing retirement plans, alimony and other spousal support issues.
I handle a variety of family law matters such as child custody issues, child visitation, child support, paternity matters, grand-parent rights, divorce and separation issues to include property divisions, division of assets/ liabilities and military.
