My practice consists of representing members of the produce industry in trust enforcement cases under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act, reparation cases before the PACA Division of the U.S. Department of Agriculture and counseling clients regarding compliance with state and federal food safety, agricultural dealing and licensing laws.
I have litigated cases on behalf of produce sellers in federal district and bankruptcy courts nationwide, as well as before the PACA Division of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
