Larry R. Fleurantin holds the distinction of having earned his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2003. While at UF, he was active in the law school community as well as in state educational issues. Mr. Fleurantin has extensive litigation experience. His portfolio is overflowing with accomplishments some of which are of great importance to his clients. The most notable accomplishment is Boby Express Co. v. Guerin, 930 So. 2d 842 (Fla. 3d DCA 2006) where the Florida Third District Court of Appeal granted certiorari and quashed a contempt order against his client, holding that the trial court's order departed from the essential requirements of law because the magnitude of the fine represents an indirect criminal contempt and the fine is not based on respondent's actual loss. Mr. Fleurantin has practiced law in North Miami Beach in the areas of immigration and nationality, family and divorce, personal injury, real estate, foreclosure, civil and appellate litigation.
