The issues in this case for determination are whether Respondent James C. Dozier, M.D., committed the violations of Chapter 458, Florida Statutes (2003), as alleged in an Administrative Complaint filed by the Department of Health on October 3, 2006; and, if so, what disciplinary action should be taken against his license to practice medicine in Florida.Respondent failed to include a pulmonary emolysm in his differential diagnosis.
