Whether or not the Petitioner satisfied the requirements to be classified as a tenured teacher and was thereby entitled to the privileges and rights, afforded to persons employed by Respondent pursuant to the Duval County Teachers Tenure Act. Chapter 21-197, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1941, as amended by Chapter 70-671 and further amended by Chapter 72-576; and the education laws of the State of Florida and the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto.Failure to complete tenure requirements for teaching in accordance with rights and privileges afforded is ground for denial of tenure.
