His practice focused on defending loan originators and servicers in consumer claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and state collection and deceptive trade practices statutes.
