Fantastic attorney!

Marcus was pleasant to work with throughout my entire case. The process was long and dreadful but his staff was attentive and caring and always notified me of what was occurring next. His closing specialist Kayla is absolutely fantastic and got my liens reduced drastically to maximize my recovery. Thank you Marcus, Kayla and the entire staff!

Overall Wonderful Work, Very pleased with my outcome

Not Given the Service I was Promised

I never even got the opportunity to speak with Mr. Viles. I met a paralegal, who was fairly knowledgeable, and dealt with her. I was told I would be billed $500 a month, and I could call whenever I wanted with whatever questions I had. My bill would remain unchanged, regardless. Every time I called, I was told she was "out to lunch," and that she would call me back. I never received these calls. I stopped in the office out of frustration once, and was again told that she was unavailable. After a month of this lack of service, I decided to terminate our relationship. Regardless, I still received bills for the next 2 months. It seemed as if it didn't matter to them how little service they offered, they just wanted their money.

great firm

I know many attorneys and heard stories from others. When u met Mr. Viles I just hope the best...I have use him for many cases and each time I like his firm more and more not because of the cases having great outcomes...but because he works from his heart and is compassionate while doing the job...Most attorneys work for money in there pocket. He enjoys seeing it in yours along with a smile..
