I met with this lawyer a month ago, he took the time out, was honest and after a patent-search, we found that my idea was not patentable since it already exists. I have had many bad experiences in the past with patent lawyers, so Mark's honesty was refreshing. Will use his services again.
Mark Johnson met me in his plantation office, he spent 45 minutes with me and didn’t charge me anything. I knew within the first few minutes he was the right patent attorney for me. He is the most knowledgeable patent attorney I’ve met and hired him for my new patent as well as take over all of my current patents from another firm. I have worked with many attorneys and I have always used two good friends of mine Greg Sanoba from Sanoba Law Firm and Pushkar Singh from the Mitra Law Firm. I had to venture out to a different attorney who specializes with trade marks etc. Pushkar referred me to Johnson & Dalal and I am so blessed and grateful. I initially spoke to Johnson & Dalal about my new business venture and they helped educate me on everything. I was nervous about starting the business, getting trade ...mark registered etc etc and they made the process so easy. After the initial introductory conversions, I have been working with Jade and she is amazing. She is very patient on the phone and she is always very helpful.
