The issues in this case are whether Respondent violated Subsection 458.331(1)(t), Florida Statutes (2004),1 and, if so, what discipline should be imposed.Respondent failed to tell the patient that a lump in her breast was indeterminate. Based on Respondent`s representation that the lump was benign, the patient elected to watch the lump rather than have a biopsy.
