Mr. Ziegler represented clients in foreclosure defense cases where he implemented groundbreaking legal strategies based on TILA, RESPA, FCCPA, FDCPA, securitized trust issues, VA and FHA insured mortgage servicing issues, and the negotiability of instruments.
