The issues in this case are whether Respondent violated section 456.072(1)(bb), Florida Statutes (2008),1/ and, if so, what discipline should be imposed.Respondent ordered epidural steroid injections, but due to clerical error, sacroiliac joint injection was scheduled. Prior to procedure, Respondent determined sacroiliac injection was appropriate; recommend dismissal of the administrative complaint.
