The issue in this case is whether the Respondent committed an unlawful housing practice by discriminating against the Petitioner on the basis of race, in violation of the Florida Fair Housing Act, sections 760.20 through 760.37, Florida Statutes.Petitioner failed to prove that Respondent unlawfully discriminated against her in the terms, conditions, or privileges of sale or rental of a dwelling, in violation of section 760.23, Florida Statutes.
