I had a case a while back and I hired Patrece Cashwell to file a motion for me in a bond forfeiture case. Patrece fought very hard for me. She was very good in the courtroom and the Judge and opposing counsel seemed to respect her very much. I did lose my motion but only on the merits. Patrece Cashwell did an excellent job given what she had to work with.

I retained her for my bf who had a petty check case. He was certain that she was one of the best attorneys in Florida lies she's the worse and wouldn't recommend a dog to her. His case was continued 4 times and she didn't put up a argument due to witness not coming. Her words to me was oh well have this case nothing to worry about. The first attorney said the state wanted to give him 3yrs she got him 5yrs even got off the case and brought another attorney in on his case.
