Representation for USMC Urinalysis Case
After returning from my honeymoon in South America I tested positive for a prohibited drug on a post-leave urinalysis within my unit. My training was immediately frozen and I suddenly had major career implications, possibly even separation, staring me in the face in light of this positive test. Having limited knowledge of the process and legal expertise needed to defend myself in the event of a positive urinalysis in the Marine Corps, I sought out an experienced lawyer. After a quick internet search by my father and I, we found Patrick, saw his credentials as a JAG and having defended similar cases to mine and never looked back. Patrick gave me immediate and invaluable advice the day I was told of the positive test and I hired him soon after.
Long story short, with Patrick's expertise we were able to prove my innocence to my command as the result of innocent ingestion. No administrative or disciplinary actions were taken against me and I was promptly put back into training after the decision by my command four months after the positive test. Everything he did from advise to document drafting was exactly what I needed, when I needed it and I don't know where I'd be today without Patrick's services. I don't write reviews often but I would be remiss not to give Patrick my highest recommendation and gratitude for his work on my behalf.
