Patric Leduct is an excellent attorney with determination. He represented me on Criminal Case and he really showed me Care, Respect and hardwork. He handled himself absolutely great in the courtroom, not worried about speaking the truth. He was always available for communication. And the best part for me was that he never stopped fighting for me until he achieved the best possible result. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I won't provide the boring details, but Patrick Leduc worked with me since around June 2015 until April 2018 to achieve a highly improbable outcome for me. We hit speed bump after speed bump but Mr. Leduc stuck by me and fought incredibly hard for me. I now have a clean record once again and I am able to remove this gigantic weight off my shoulders.

The initial goal was to get my three charges reduced as much as possible. Needless to say, not only were they reduced, they were actually dismissed.

Following the dismissal, his guidance led me to eventually have those charges expunged. Usually not super tricky to get charges expunged, but I had a charge that I didn't know about (failure to appear, but I should've never been charged with it) from seven years prior. This made me ineligible, and this is where the impossible outcome happens. By his recommendation to file a motion to speak with a judge, I was able to get the seven year-old charge dropped because the judge found that I was improperly defended at that time.

We filed to expunge my record once again and it finally worked. Three years into a relatively simple process, my record is clean. If you need a lawyer who's going to bat for you, I would absolutely recommend him. This is the first and only time I've worked with a lawyer in my life, but I can't imagine someone doing a better job than he did defending me.
