Insurance companies like to deny claims when people are too sick or hurt to fight. I combine old-fashioned hard work, skill, and experience with the latest technology to fight for my clients when they are at their lowest point.
There is nothing lower than taking advantage of someone. The elderly is at risk, even from members of their own family. I also do probate litigation and will sue people that take advantage of the elderly, whether they are family members or not. I will challenge a will or sue to recover assets taken improperly. I will also defend frivolous attempts to make a claim on an estate when relatives come out of the woodwork after a loved one dies.
