Ronald Marlowe could not have been more disinterested in this case that HE agreed to take up. This could have been for the simple fact that the attorney fees were covered by an employer as some jobs do. From the very beginning, he did not care to understand all the details of my case. He confused my landlord with the guarantor of the property I was staying at. He accused me of bringing up a matter that was “out of his scope” even though he was the one who agreed to take on the case in the first place. He is very defensive when you ask a question which tends to happen a lot when you are dealing with a serious issue that you have never had to deal with before. He does not go out of his way to reach out to any parties that should be reached out to. My aunt, who has been a paralegal for 25 years helped me more than Ronald Marlowe did. I could not be more disappointed with his services. I received a less than kind email from him after I was curious about his stance on this situation and he told me in plain writing he “would not be advocating for me” which is infuriating. However, the woman who works for him who I believe is his paralegal or assistant, Samantha Capalbo, is helpful, understanding, and was always quick to respond throughout the whole process.

Ron was absolutely 5-star in every capacity. My time line was very tight and his knowledge, responsiveness, turnaround and efficiency were unmatched in my experience.
