Sean Lindsey passed the Florida Bar in 2014 and is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. Sean started his legal career as a Law Clerk and Summer Associate for Rosenthal, Rosenthal, Rasco, Kaplan, LLC focusing solely on complex divorce law. Mr. Lindsey, later, joined Sanchez-Medina, Gonzalez, Quesada, Gomez, Machado, & Preira, LLP, working under some of the most highly decorated family law attorneys in the State. In all, Mr. Lindsey has worked under the direction of three board certified family law attorneys. In doing so, Mr. Lindsey has worked on a wide range of issues from high-profile and high-net worth divorce, to asset and wealth identification and valuation, post-judgment enforcement and modification, child relocation and return, child timesharing and child custody disputes, and family law appellate disputes. Mr. Lindsey has both a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University where he graduated in a mere eight months with honors. Mr. Lindsey is also a proud former collegiate athlete from his time at West Virginia University.
