Highly recommend William Rambaum

We saw several people recommend William Rambaum for estate planning on social media so we decided to inquire further. We stopped by his office to discuss the process and scheduled a consultation. At the consultation we discussed our wishes/needs. Two weeks later we returned to the office and all of our documents were complete and organized in a binder along with verbal and written explanations. Mr Rambaum and his efficient staff made estate planning much less complicated than we expected, the documents provided were more thorough than we expected, and we feel the services provided were priced appropriately. We know that difficult times in the future are inevitable, but being prepared in this capacity gives us peace of mind that we already have the tools in hand to protect and take care of each other - and our family when needed.

Bill Rambaum relieved my concerns

I asked Bill Rambaum to update my will and trust and for his thoughts on what will actually happen after my devise. It was complicated by a prenuptial agreement with my new wife and a special needs trust for a son with a disability. Together we decided on the best course of action. Bill spent whatever time it took to advise me and he charged a very reasonable fee for his excellent service. I would engage him again in a heartbeat.

Preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Estate Planning Documents

My husband and I recently moved to Florida and wanted to update our wills and other estate planning documents which were very different than what is used in Florida. His office was able to set up an appointment for us quickly and everyone there was very friendly. Mr. Rambaum was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and prepared all the documents we needed in a timely manner despite the many changes my husband and I kept making throughout the process. I would definitely recommend him.
