I had a long path with Mr. Gerstein. From my K1 visa to 10-yrs green card and of course I will come back to him for my citizenship process. I can say he is A MAN OF HONOR, a very good lawyer and just a very nice person. He cares about his customers. Best lawyer

The first attorney that I had was not very involved or responsive. I received an RFE in the mail and I was worried that my case would be denied. After contacting several attorneys who did not seem competent, I finally found William Gerstein, who immediately showed me his knowledge and skills and inspired me with confidence. He took over my case from the other attorney and he exceeded my expectations in the process. The finalization of my case was quick and easy thanks to his direct involvement throughout and then at our interview. He made himself available to answer my endless questions by phone, email and at appointments. Awesome Representation!

Everything about this firm is great. From the starting point to the very end, they make sure your questions are answered and you walk away feeling confident. Everything that I was told would happen during the timeline of my case, happened almost exactly the way Mr. Gerstein advised. There were no hiccups, there were no unexpected issues, from start to finish, everything was flawless. Not that I needed to contact him outside of his work hours but he advised me I could talk to him whenever, even if I had a simple question to ask! This firm does it all!

The most incredible honest resourceful loyal respectful lawyer I have ever met

I had called this firm last week and a lovely lady with a very peaceful southing voice answered the phone and I was looking to consult with an immigration attorney and thank go it was this firm that I found. The receptionist made an appointment for me to have a phone consultation with Mr. Gerstein for yestetday, Tueaday, July 17th at 11am. She called me at around 1030 prior to the time if the consultation to let me know Mr. Gerstein was running a little behind and would call around 1110-1120. Sure enough he did and was more than helpful during that initial phone call we had. We kept in touch the past few days and he was giving me the pointers I was in desperate need of as well as advice I needed to. Him and I continued emailing up until today, Wednesday at around 415pm. He even took the time to proof read a lettet I had to write and took much of his time in the 2 days to answer all my needs and put me in the direction I had to go for what I first inquired about. Oh and talk about being an honest good person he must be, he didn’t and wouldn’t even accept any money for all the consulting he did for me the past 2 days. I don’t know about you, but I have never ever heard of that from a lawyer before. Usually the first thing put of a lawyers mouth is the amount it cost for a consultation and there retainer fee, which neither one was ever once mentioned by him and for all that he did and if you need an amazing immigration attoeney, you would be a fool not to use this firm and eapecially William Getstein in particular. If I could give them 1000 stars for a rating, I would and will always keep them in mind for future potential needs if any.
