BACKGROUND This is a proceeding to determine whether the City of Lakeland (the City) Comprehensive Plan Amendment, adopted by Ordinance No. 4213, on November 6, 2000, is “in compliance” with the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act, Ch. 163, Part 0, Florida Statutes (the “Act”). Subsequent to initiating this case, the petitioners entered into a settlement agreement with the City to resolve their concerns. The petitioners thereupon filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal. The Administrative Law Judge issued his Order Closing File (copy attached hereto). No Exceptions to the Administrative Law Judge’s Order were filed. FINAL ORDER NO.
