The Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction, dated August 13, 2021, granted the Joint Motion to Relinquish Jurisdiction ("Motion") filed by the Department. The Motion indicated that the parties executed a settlement agreement that served to resolve the outstanding issues that were the subject of the administrative proceeding and thus a hearing was no longer needed. The settlement agreement is
attached as Attachment "A." As such, this matter is closed.
