IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties, through their respective counsel, that the sentencing hearing now set for July 9, 2018, may be continued to August 27, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., the reason for this request is for additional time for defense preparation.
ORDER
The court has reviewed and considered the stipulation of the parties to continue the sentencing in this case. Good cause appearing, the sentencing hearing as to the above-named defendant currently scheduled for July 9, 2018, is continued until August 27, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. in courtroom 5 before District Judge Dale A.
