STIPULATION AND ORDER TO CONTINUE STATUS CONFERENCE

STIPULATION AND ORDER
Pursuant to Local Rules 6-2 and 7-12, plaintiffs Marco Rodriguez and Aden Khachadoorian Mamore ("plaintiffs") and defendant AT&T Mobility Services, LLC by and through their counsel of record, hereby enter into this stipulation to continue the May 30, 2017 Supplemental Case Management Conference, based on the following facts and circumstances:
1. The mediation for this case is currently scheduled for May 31, 2017; this was the earliest mediation date the parties were able to obtain with the agreed mediator;
2. Continuing the Supplemental Case Management Conference for a few weeks to a date after the mediation is completed will promote judicial efficiency.
NOW, THEREFORE, plaintiffs and defendant hereby stipulate and agree as follows:
1. That the deadline to complete mediation is continued to June 16, 2017.
2. That the Supplemental Case Management Conference currently scheduled for May 30, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. shall be continued to July 11, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. before this Court.
3. The parties shall confer and file a joint case management statement by July 4, 2017.
PURSUANT TO STIPULATION, IT IS SO ORDERED.
